I'm Home

As I walked back into my home town, I spoke with Guard Antonir who asked me to help him with a small undead problem and then directed me to High Inquisitor Velman in the Tursh Academy Dormitories. I also helped Caretaker Hugh find a missing ring.

In the dorms, I met with the High Inquisitor, who was happy to have someone to help him and sent me to Guard Paylen and Inquisitor Westlen nearby. He also directed me to the local light fighter instructor and Marcus Remniol to learn diplomacy.

It appears there was an explosion in the Academy and the Sages Arcane are here to find out what happened.

After training with Novice Fredrike, I spoke with Dininix Jixilin, a brownie concerned that we don't distinguish between brownies (good) and redcaps (bad).

Helping the Local Guards

Riverview Guardhouse

I decided to help Inquisitor Westlen first and made my way to the Riverside Guardhouse. I helped him discover that the mages were using unsanctioned time magic when the tower exploded and a rift was opened and collected some rift dust from the invading imps for analysis. He then had me search the academy for more records; I found a scroll and he sent me back to High Inquisitor Velman with it.

Inquisitor Nalstom also had some tasks for me. He needed evidence and creatures for study from inside the academy.

I also helped a few of the locals. Terance Larker got run off from his fishing camp by unnatural beasts and needed me to recover his hook. Acolyte Terlan and his brother Acolyte Weylan needed help with the brownies in the graveyard near Wintham's Rest.

Storehouse Guardpost

I next when to help Guard Paylen at the Storehouse Guardpost. He asked my help to take back the mill from the redcaps. He then sent me on to the Shimmerleaf Guardpost to speak with Guard Horace.

I also met Tharrin Granitebeard who needed help recovering supplies from the Rindol Storehouse.

Shimmerleaf Guardpost

Guard Horace had several tasks for me to help defend the village and the Shimmerleaf Brownies. He asked me to thin the boar and bullfrog population. He also asked me to kill some bizarre constructs that seem to be taking over the brownie's forest.

While stopping back at the dorms, I spoke with Novice Alphose who saw another student chasing a redcap towards Rindol Storehouse and wants me to find out if he is ok. I may need help delving in there.

Western Watch Barracks

After I delivered the message to Lord Commander Oakheart,

I also got some odd jobs from some of the people in the baracks.
