From Vanguard WikiSpheres

I am Corina Thunderheart, of Bordinar's Cleft. I grew up in these hills and will probably die in them too.

Shaletooth Tower

When I was old enough to swing an axe, I was sent out to Shaletooth Tower to begin my training. After helping around the tower, I moved down to Rille's Encampment to help in the mine; I also fought the Gwartak kobold clan that is becoming a real threat to the area. While there, I began training with Bahz Runecarver, a diplomat.

There are some strange goings on in the mine. A statue of Alurad was uncovered in a new shaft and the mine boss, one of the Thunderaxe Clan, is refusing to allow it to be excavated. Many of the miners think that this has resulted in Alurad sending them a plague of earth elementals. I also have become aware that there is tension between teh Thunderaxes and the royal family, the Flamehammers.

Bordinar's Cleft

I traveled back to the city for more training and to catch up with the latest family news, not necessarily in that order. Bahz had sent me to work with Kahz Oibard, the city scribe, in trying to diminish the divisions between Dwarves, we have real enemies to deal with, after all. He had me take the pulse of the people, the city is abuzz with news of a possible wedding between prince Dargand and Gwealla, the daughter of Kafus Thunderaxe.

My, things are becoming difficult. It seems the prince and Gwealla are in love and have not waited for an official marriage, with the expected results. I helped her arrange to go away till the baby comes. And with a little divine inspiration, I recruited dedicated protectors for the child.

I went back out into the field to clear my head from all this politic'n. I helped around Westpath Watchtower and Greencopper Tower. Having started mining copper, I took some back to the Cleft to learn the art of Armorsmithing.

Three Rivers Village

My adventures brought me down into the Three Rivers Village area where I helped the dwarves of Themnwar's Shield and the humans in the village.

I decided it was time to get serious about my armor crafting. I learned all there is to learn about making copper armor and even went so far as to learn to make it in Kojani and Qalian styles as well as our own Thestran style. This involved a fair amount of travel and I had to make friends with some less than savory races to do it; at this point, I think I can safely walk the streets of any of the civilized towns and cities of Telon.
