Houses are built on plots by Minerologists (specialist Artificers) using components created by all the crafting professions. Crafters don't get the quests that reward them with these recipes until they reach level 20 and beware - the bigger the house the higher the level needed.

You can find plots all across Telon. A plot has a price and maintenance associated with it.

There are different house plans for each continent. The single floor plans take easier resources to build. House construction utilizes resources beginning at Tier 3, though you can use lower resources but must increase the quantities. Again beware bigger houses require higher tier resources, all the way up to Tier 5.
