City Creature Handlers sell mounts that are favored by the City Creature Handlers' race. These special mounts can only be purchased with special coins of that city if you have earned enough faction with that city's citizens. This faction is earned by wearing their insignia and flying their banner while killing mobs that present a challenge. You will need to see the City Faction Registrar in order to recieve the city's insignia and banner.
