hello all! this is my first post. i have never beta tested. but started EQ Test Server dec 99, for 4 years, and some EQ2 Test. i would like to try to sign up for this one, if someone could direct me where and when?

Greetings, Kardaan! Welcome to the Sphere.
There is no "official" place to sign up for beta. Those people who got first chance are those who signed up on the VSoH board and have been watching/lurking. They had a specific cut-off date and, strangely enough, when beta was announced, the site gained about 10k more members (theirs, not ours) up to today. Of course, those 10k people won't be getting first-round applications, but possibly a chance as they open the servers up for load testing! We'll have to see what happens. Who knows what lurks in the minds of The Man? |

I got my beta app but i knew i wouldent get in,i have too upgrade my vc,i just wanna be a guide if they have a guide program,i have tried too beta test 1 game that being lineage i was not impressed with the way the characters ran,so i dident proceed with the testing,i dont think i would make a good tester,i get all wrapped up in a game and forget about why i am there so i believe that would happen if i were to beta test this game,i would just end up playing it and that they dont need,i want this game to be great and somthing i can play for the next 5 too 6 years

I'm just a bit of a testing noob I guess. The first game I really tested was.
Earth and Beyond Online (Sad to hear that it died) Then EQOA:Frontiers (Everquest for PS2 expansion) Which was actually kinda fun, and I got some good output for that. and then of course World of Warcraft..but who didn't get to test for that? :P

When I beta tested World of Warcraft, there was already so many things that had been reported and fixed by the time that I got in that I basically just sat back and enjoyed the game myself

Helbreath AC2 Horizons Linage11 EQ2 In some cases I enjoyed the testing as much or more than the game |

I have beta tested for a bout 7-8 games , It has been awhile since I have beta tested. Played so many games I really dont rember all the games I have tested.
