I removed the default for the purchase level so that (at least until all the current recipes are checked and updated) we have real values in it. Once we reach a stable point, the default might make sense.

Also, I am not sure we want to use wikitable class for this (we don't for the other info templates (such as NPC, Quest, etc.).

wikitable class was just a faster/easier way to make the table look nice (as opposed to looking like an old school ugly html 1.0 table)

also, using the |+ for the title of the table seems to really disconnect the title from the table with a lot of space...

I guess I am just old school, but that was the style I inherited from Kethra for the info blocks.

As far as the |+ -- I find the dark band across the top disconcerting (I would rather see the title on the light background within the table (the spacing seems the same but maybe slightly less as a row).
