4 Warrior Attack Skills - Info Inside!
The following information was taken from a screenshot. The skill book belonged to a 21st level warrior, so we know that (currently) these skills will all be 21st level or below.
Of course, it's all subject to change... but any information is nice ![]() __________ Furious Blow - A powerful attack that deals large amounts of damage and can cause you to enter a rage, which increases your overall damage for a short period of time. Knee Breaker - A basic kicking attack that has a chance to interrupt the opponent. Rending Strike - A powerful attack that deals large amounts of damage and can cleave the armor of your opponent, reducing his armor class for a short time. This attack can also induce weaknesses that can be exploited by your allies. Twin Fires - This is a moderately powerful attack when executed under normal circumstances. If executed while an ally is in flanking position additional damage is done and the target is weakened against certain attacks. Looks great to me! I like the fact that some of the attacks have a small debuff associated with them. Even better, some attacks are more powerful based on your ALLIES location! Combat is going to be a lot more involved and strategic than we've seen in the past, and I couldn't be happier about it ![]() Any thoughts on the skills? |

Brilliant. Rogues rejoice. Imagine this: Warrior in front, rogue unstealths behind opponent...warrior hits Twin Fires. Rogue gets a boost because of it, and all of a sudden the monk sees an opening brought upon by the combination attack and deals a large amount of damage with a special attack. Just an example of course. I keep thinking things like the Inquisitor will have a skill like this, but opening up combos for caster allies. Like a mind-defense breaking attack that leaves the enemy vulnerable to a nuke from an ally. Stuff like that. Great form. -Eclipse

That’s a good point, neither am I; I haven’t grouped outside of my guild or Alliance guild’s in months, so that is what I had in mind. I’m sure it won’t be that bad, but I just keep picturing a slew of mobs all around the group and people stopping to type something.

I use, and will be using Ventrilo teamspeak in Vanguard.
Neevr bothered me, and I believe it can only be an advantage, all you have to make sure is you make it PW protected and kick out any idiots who spam the vent. -Eclipse

I always thought that EQ1 wasn't complicated enough... engage, taunt, incite.... swing like a madman until its dead... with a few kicks here and there....
now seeing that I will have something else to do other than keep an eye open for adds / offtanking and taking in mass amounts of damage, I think i will enjoy playing a war here much better ![]()
