'Waylay I' criticals do not activate chain finishers

Since we're all using the rest of our skills again, I noticed this. When I critical using 'Waylay I' it never activates a finisher.

Used to know what that attack was but now that I cant stun then LA and get around behind the mob I cant ever use it lol. And I never get the luxury of sitting back and DPS'ing for group while someone else tanks

You don't have to be flanking a mob to use Waylay. If you are tanking, you need a party member to be flanking.

It actually crits pretty consistently and hits for decent damage, but it doesn't activate the finishers. Decent endurance cost too.

Yep I use it often and it never procs chains. I like that it's a low endurance ability though.

hmm you get the big numbers above the mob, but it doesnt say crit when checking in combat log, ive seen this a few times, but rarely use waylay so not 100% sure
