Weapon setup?
What weapon setup do you play with!?
And if you want, post why you think that setup is the best, benefits etc.

Playing Shield/1h since level8 and can't think of anything else atm ... but I'm more the "tank-style" player and never bothered with being a dps monster.

My groups cleric often complains if im using my shield right now because he gets bored so I dual wield or 2h occasionally.
I was dual wielding offensive stance while soloing or switching to shield and 1h on tough fights. I like using a shield it just isnt necessary much yet unless fighting multiple opponents. The two hander seems better for burst but im still raising skill so its hard to really compare to my maxed out dw skills. |

I basically use what ever weapon upgrade I can get in my travels. This not only gets me skill up's in serveral different types of weapons (after all a warrior should be a master of all weapons IMO) but also gives me the opertunity to try new things. When tanking I prefer to use a 1H and board, but I do tend to get annoyed with the whole activating offensive chains in defensive stance. Soloing I tend to either DW or 2H

1h/Shield+defensive stance while tanking (most Aggro) and 2h+offensive stance while Soloing or DPSing.
Decimate and Obliterate both are based on Weapon Damage (400% each) so I dont even bother to use Dual Wield while DPSing, cause 1h Weapons just dont have high Weapon Damage compared to 2h. And our Damage Skills dont care about the Weapon Speed at all :roll: |

I prefer shield + 1h but if i had a wicked 2h or 2 wicked 1hs i would use those, and save the shield for when I am tanking hard stuff.

Been using a 2H Primarily because Kojan has had a lack of decent 1h so far, so my 1hb and 1hs is sorely lacking. Once they get up in skill lv, it's prolly 1h and shield when tanking.
Really depends on group setup too.
