Hotkey to change stances

Does anyone know of a way to make a hotkey that toggles between the stances. I know how to make two separate macros on a bar then bind keys to those spots. What I really want is a single key.

If CurrentStance=Defensive then ChangeStance to Offensive
else ChangeStance to Defensive

something like that would work by logic but how to get it done in vanguard is the question.

or some kind of /togglecurrentstance type command.

Scripting cannot be done in VG and there is not that I could find a togglestances slash command. Unless Sigil adds the command this is not possible.

I would love a slash command. I hate using the mouse to click on abilities.
