PvP rule question

I'm looking to craft on Varking and then sometime later down the road do some PvPing. I was wondering though, once I hit lvl 7 in crafting can adventurers attack me? Or do both parties have to be lvl 7+ adventuring to participate in pvp?

hmmm, I may be wrong but I think you can be attacked by anyone that is within 7 levels of you (either way). So if you are a level 1 adventurer, you could be attacked by a level 7 adventurer. Someone correct me if I am wrong-

its the 20% rule... but does that apply to 20 percent of your level or your level minus 20 percent...

There is a minimum of lvl 7 to participate in pvp. I just want to know if it's 7 adventuring or 7 any sphere.
