(Not the dev, the Blacksmith NPC in LN ;P)
When doing the earlier newbie quests, one of the npcs - I think the one at the little tower by the wolves/bears... says that his friend in LN may have something more as a reward. When I looked at this guy he had a yellow shield. I click it and he has an unfinished looking dialog (tells you stuff and 'objective' portion unfilled) Among the stuff he says is to check out Tejical (or something, another dev name) in Arcanum. BUT once done it seems he goes to Green shield. The 'quest' has no name in your log. You can finish it but it has no 'text' in the first finish screen, I did not hit continue fearing it was unfinished and wanted feedback. Anyone else know? (PS -> and I got a quest Death From Above, when I was like umm 4th level - I suspect from what read this is a low teens quest... Cragwind Ridge?)

Heh, bugged this back in beta. I'm not sure if it's a quest that should be there and isn't, or a quest that was there and isn't, or just Silius (NPC or dev, take your pick) messing with our heads.
 The NPC he's referring to is Teclisen, the chap who likes to project himself all over the surrounding area.

Ah cool
 Ya, I 'did' the quest and got nothing. Glad to know it was not my char or a recent fubar or worse, a quest added that is ABOUT to be expanded on but not there. Since I planned on leaving the continent once left newbie arcanium quests and did one or 2 in Veskals I did it since wouldnt be around to double check it later. Gracias again for the insight (I never got to do LN again post LN revamp in beta)
