Actually they didnt come from WoW, and i have no idea where you get that connection honestly. Those names or at least some of them were actually inspired by a Wc3 Custom map called DOTA (Defense of the Ancients) there are many heroes there that have interesting names. Some however I listed i just blurted out as what ifs that arent on that list for more information on what DOTA is go to this link:

Pirate: Masters of the seas (specially in PvP)
Dragon Rider: Ergonish only cooler
Dragon Mancer: havn't decided yet but sweet name
Summoner: Something more then just a necro

Summoner-

Not a EQ2 Summoner... but where in the fight the summoner can summon as many as lets say 20 pets at a time... but when not in combat, Just looks like a normal mage, not with a pet following him around.

I think a puppeteer type class would be awesome. Kind of like a chanter but more illusion type magic. You should have the regular chanter CC, stuns, mezzes, roots, and stifles, but you definitely need to have several charms. In-combat, short term, long term and the like. Also, they should use illusion magic, such as inhibiting the mind of an enemy leaving both the puppeteer and enemy stunned while the puppeteer and possibly other party members inflict damage upon the enemy. Also, they should have summoner type pets, not as strong, but in more bulk.

Magician / Conjurer / Summoner type of class would be a good class to add to be an alternative choice to the necromancer class.

naw, no more, i think they are fine as is, i hated how in EQ2 there were so many classes that all basicly did the same thing, each archtype, like mage had i think it was 3 or 4 for evil types and good types. i like variety but dont over do it ^^
