Vanguard will definitely take grouping to a new level that its never been before. I love the idea of Combining Attacks/buffs and increasing the effectiveness of them.

IMO, definitely ... Groups > Solo. Not just because of better xp, and better loot, but because you learn how to use your class better and how to work well with other classes while interacting with people from around the world.

I still think you can learn how to use your class while soloing too. Probably not as good. I like groups personally, but when you can't find one I hope the solo content is amazingly good as well. No EQ2 soling, the real deal... Is that to much to ask Sigil.

This is true, but it doesn't matter to me (as the other player). Far too often, soloing skills and grouping skills are very, very different and when someone comes into my group without a clue about how to play in a group, they often make me dead. I don't like being dead.

Since it's a mmo, few people care about your 1337 soloing skills - they care about what you can do for them (and it extends both ways).

Personally, the only reason I have for playing an MMO is the community. Plain and simple. If I wanted to solo, I'd play something single player... solitaire maybe!

i love grping, one thing that turned me off to WoW was a lousy grping system, i had to solo all the way to lvl 30 ish, and even after that the only way i could ever find a grp was to start one within my guild = / some good bonuses could be a good way to encourage partys = D

Thats because Blizzard made the most efficient leveling path the solo path. People actually reported slower leveling in a group since xp was split.

People want there to be a bonus (exp) for grouping. In all honesty, if you have a solid group and are not jacking around too much you get exp a lot quicker in a group than solo. So it's already built in
