Rescue Reaction Keybind

Hi,

I've looked over several boards and have only found one post on the topic.
Is our rescue reaction keybind still broken???
It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to fix. Am I doing something wrong? I am always out of space on my primary bar and hate to waste a hotbar slot when I shouldn't have to. And this game is way to complex to point and click on crap with a mouse.

On a side note. As a paladin I've noticed I can hit g twice quickly to get to the second finishing move on my chain ... but hitting it three times quickly does not move to the third finishing move. Is there anyway to do this?

It does appear to be broken, yes. I can't say I ever saw this work, even in beta, to be honest...
