I'd say lesser giant dread knight and vulmane shaman...start out close together, dks can dish out a massive amount of dps, especially with the shaman's buffs, and can easily use a two handed weapon without getting ripped apart due to the shaman's debuffs landing on the mobs.
I personally play a lesser giant dk, and I've duo'd with rangers as my healer, it really doesn't matter a whole lot as long as you carry extra gear for various situations...with a weaker healer (or no healer) I wear 2 +mitigation earrings, 2 dex / parry rings, a +mitigation breastplate and a shield with str and +block...with a true healer, I switch into str gear and tend to use a two hander. Pretty much any combination can work just fine, as long as both players are adept at their class and have decent gear relative to their levels. |
