Too little heal focus on medium gear

I admit, I'm a level 40 newbie, but.

It was a lot easier to get medium armor with heal focus, wis/vit/energy, and generally nice healer stats, in the 20's. In the 30's as I upgraded my heal focus started dropping like a stone and now at 40 I have less than half the heal focus I did at 30, and that's not an exaggeration. I peaked close to 300 just from readily available small-groupable and soloable content, and now I'm down to 132.

So I did a search on the Curse item database for BPs with healing focus. Admittedly since the game is so new, this database can't be complete. However, it seems to me to be likely to contain the most reasily obtained items. When I searched for BPs level 37-45 and eliminated the crafted ones (since we don't have a leatherworker on T5 yet) -- the results came up to a measly four (4) items. Legs? A bit better -- a whole eight (8) of them. Scattered across 3 continents.

Um.

The clerics are hurting even more, since heavy armor at higher levels is tilted to melee stats. They're left with seeking medium armor with healer stats -- and come up against the same lack of heal focus.

Yet light armor with spell focus is plentiful, which is making me jealous. Another robe with spell focus. *yawn*

Please, pretty please, remember us healers when you itemize, and consider adding some heal focus to some quest rewards. The Bounty Hunter items, for example. Yellow BP and legs with no heal focus? BAH. Orange necklace with no heal focus? DOUBLE BAH.

Give us some heal focus love, please!

I have a level 43 cleric on a live server, I feel the class is balanced for healing just fine. I don't really choose healing focus for gear. The primary stat I go with is Vitality. With vitality buffs on top of that I heal a group just fine and regen power back fairly fast.

im sorry to have disagree with the above poster. i am a level 40 mordebi cleric on test.
i admit because of the test situations its unlike the live server but hear me out please. i have most people send me and cleric heavy they find on test with even a shred of vit or wis or heal focus. so far 1 peice with wis 2 with vit and none with focus. when healing in a group i equip my superior crafted teir 3 set as no on on test makes teir 4 as of yet.
i am also a questor i love testing quest lines and go back to do ones below me and the rewards for quests are 90% fighter and 10% healer. i heal fine with subpar gear but thats not the point i should be able to hel with level appropriate gear on. we have received word from the devs that gear for healers has not been itemized as of yet. so i applaud your ability.
please do not make posts like this on test forum devs read this for changes. what you can personally do is fine but that does not mean everyone can but the devs read your post and then think wait that healer gear we were gonna add waste of time look that guy says he is happy.
i was not gonna post on this because i feel that clerics are the least broken class right now but the situation is not fine just most clerics are for the good of all.
