Devs where is test?

Ok nearly 24 hours on and still test is down now i am a patient person but not a word from the Devs on the situation and just so we all understand DB issue is not going to cut it so any chance we can all stop with the smoke and mirrors and tell us the truth about the situation of the Test Server and if and when it will be fixed. We dont ask for a lot but the "we care about and want to keep players informed" line of your company is looking a bit thin right now and while some will blow me out the water for saying what i think someone needs to so here it is.

Honesty is the best policy so no more DB issue rubbish please we are not all idiots.

I agree with Ial, some acknowledgement of the problem would be nice.

I did notice Elrar lurking the boards a few hours ago so sent him a PM. He was probably on his way to bed tho

I agree mate . The test server is a community .Its like a small town loosing power and the local electric company not giving the phone number out so somebody can even report the power outage.The test community is already low and with these current issues ,why would anyone move to test ?

I agree that it is frustrating that TEST has been down so long.

I also agree that it would be nice to hear from a dev.

Have they (the devs) said it was a data base issue? I thought that was mostly a WAG by myself and a few other non-dev people.

Well I think everyone has said it or thought it, They really need to think how they treat people it will either build our community or it will brake it.

The state of the game is at an all time low. When players on Test can't even get a response regarding the server for 24 hrs, something is seriously ill at Sigil.

The game obviously needs help. Test players are there to provide that information. Yet being ignored tells us exactly how important QA is for Sigil.

I PM'd 2 devs yesterdays while they was posting on other sites, I petitioned in game on live server 3 times they was deleted. Theres is multiple posts on sigils tech forums and no response.

I cant look at this in a positive way I feel insulted.
