The Blinking Screen of Doom!
8:15 pm eastern I tried to log in and got a blinking screen at character select. I'm assuming Test is down since it had the usual popup waiting for response from world servers that comes up when Test is down. But the blinking would be seizure-inducing if I were prone to seizures (which I'm not, but it still gives me a headache). Ugh.
