What on earth is going on today?

I log into my toon in Thalgarad and find that all my armor, weapons, and half my inventory has been replaced with a symbol that has a circle with a line through it like a no smoking sign. Ok, no biggie. This is Test after all.

Well, I go to make a halfling rogue to try that out and when he shows up in the world, he has nothing. No weapons, no little berries in his inventory, no nothing. Even starts with the clothes on from the character select screen. What gives??

Something similar happened to me when I logged on as an alt a couple minutes ago. Should people not log in until this is fixed? Don't think anyone wants to lose all their stuff permanently.

I ported from Tanvu to Khal and landed in newbie clothes....altho my inventory looked normal ...went to bank..everything in there was the red circle symbol except for soulbound items. So i log to char screen to reset come back ...everything is red circles ...my backpacks my horse paperdoll ...only pack i could access was my newbie pack everything in it was red circles except for a couple of quest items. I logged to desktop and came back all was normal. Another guy in my guild had same issue.

I even tried logging off and waiting a couple of hours. Didn't help. Any word on this Nam?

Nope looks like things are not back to normal. Was just in Kojan on my dreadknight and decided to switch to my necro on thestra to check out teh necro pet and graft fixes. Everything on my DK was fine. Log in my necro and wham no gear. Everything is the redslashed circle trick. Log out and now my char is sitting at the char select screen in newbie clothing.

Hope this gets fixed soon, I worked hard for the gear my toon had not to mention at least one of my crafted backpacks is also affected, all my grafts gone etc.

And it gets worse. Just logged in my druid on Kojan and same thing all gear gone mount gone even some spell icons have the red circle of doom. My chat screen is full of red text saying "There is not enough space in yur inventory for that item."

Hope they get this fixed asap, I am running out of characters and dont dare log in another one.

I'm not even sure what it was. Updating the DB? I have no clue. Just waited several hours, and bam it was fixed. Hope things go well.

Yes definitely still an issue, however it seems to be in certain chunks not all. I was at the falling leaves outpost in blighted lands on Kojan with the red circles, and no gear.One char I recalled to Tanvu and th problem fixed itself, my other char I ran t the next chunk over, tomb of Lord Tsang I believe and after crossing the chunk line it was fixed.

So the issue seems to be with certain zones not all. Thanks to Truley for helping me out with this it was his discovery i believe.
