Same Master Account Multiple play Accounts?

So my Ex is finally taking over his and his cousin's CoH accounts - freeing up some expendable income for me. I was thinking about getting a second play account (I am not an altoholic...I am not an altoholic...)

I'm wondering if I can activate a second play account under my same master account. I can do that With CoH but have never tried here. Does anyone know?

Good question. My previous experiences with SoE involve having multiple entirely separate accounts, but things may have changed?

just the one account per master account.

i know because even though they check to make sure your account doesn't already have the game registered when you enter a new key, on the preorder live start day, my friend somehow ended up with both his and his wife's keys on his account and they wouldn't switch one over, nor was there a way for him to still use the other account. he ended up having to buy another game, 50$ out the window.
