Station Access Pass Rate Increase

This subscription rate increase notice applies to Station Access Pass subscribers (as seen on EQLive):

We want to give you some important information regarding your Station Access subscription. Effective April 2, 2007, the new monthly subscription rate will be US$29.99 per month (not including applicable taxes).

We know that rate adjustments are never popular, but the increase is driven by our desire to provide our Station Access subscribers with a consistently high quality entertainment experience, as evidenced by our most recent addition to the Station Access subscription plan, Vanguard: Saga of HeroesTM.

You don't have to do a thing; you will automatically be migrated to the new monthly subscription rate under your existing subscription plan when your current subscription plan comes up for renewal on or after April 2, 2007. We appreciate your support and continued participation in our community.

Station Access subscriptions are recurring, meaning you will continue to be billed at the appropriate subscription interval, until you affirmatively cancel your subscription. Subscription fees are subject to tax and value-added tax, as applicable. The subscription charges are in addition to the cost of the games that are part of the Station Access subscription plan. All game software is sold separately.

Found this today. Anybody using it to access Vanguard will notice the change soon.

so, I play just Vanguard. Do I pay for a station pass? or is that something separate that I sign up for?

Station Access is the option to play all SOE games....like if you have an EQ2, SWG account, you just pay the one flat fee instead of $15 per month, per game - so if you're just playing Vanguard, then you're good to go with just the $15/month

with the increase, I might be dropping EQ2 & SWG - I don't play them often enough to warrant the price........although, I do like just having the option to play either one. Damn, I don't know what I'll do

Guess I'll be dropping EQ2 now. Only got station on the whim that I might play EQ2 now and then, but haven't touched it since VG went Live.

I will go to play EQ2 now , it's much better than VG. The trial is free to get. I don't need to beg for anything. And I bought one EOF copy yestoday.

I canceled my access account already. Even at the cheaper price, it wasn't a good deal for the 5-10 minutes a day I was logging in to EQ2 since VG's launch.
