Re: Fatal Flaw - No Ingame Support
Please email customersupport@sigilgames.com and also make sure you file an ingame petition. Hopefully between the two you can get some help.
I think right now the ingame CS depart and crimson fellowship are experiencing some growing pains with the transition from Beta to Live. I imagine things will only get better from here Unfortuanately things are rough at the time ![]() |

Re: Fatal Flaw - No Ingame Support
As a post script, I finally got a gms' response, yesterday (a week late). She moved my tombstones so I could recover them (they were stacked in one spot with a bunch of other peoples' and, as I found out, when that happens only the most recently departed can recover their tombstone. The rest will have a perpetual mark on their map for their tombstone, but can't do anything about it).
I therefore know that I was not the only person this happened to. I hope they assign more GMs to help on these things, and that their model isn't a game with minimal customer support. The game itself is good, but no gms to help with fatal problems is not the way to go. |

Re: Fatal Flaw - No Ingame Support
Q and Denidil are right.
In beta, I found a spot cram-packed with tombstones on the side of a mountain from an area that had issues with tossing them over the hill. Nobody could find them for the longest time, so I let the GMs know. Of course, that was when we could go mountain climbing a bit better, too. It still happens and I still love exploring! It's just harder now, and I probably wouldn't be able to find that spot again. They are swamped, I'm sure, Between launch, new CS people learning, working on their tools, as Elrar has mentioned...all sorts of things are in the works, just like fixing the bugs! It finally comes down to priorities, and ya can't make everyone happy all the time, so you do the best you can. Of course, with all this happening, SoE's decision to raise All-Access prices again probably isn't the smartest move, imo. I'm going to have to think this one out, myself! I don't like leaving friends and that's happened before. Not fun! So, cut them a little slack. They're trying to do what they can (like double xp for previous losses from bugs?).
