Bear in mind also that not everyone petitions with any degree of justification. Lots of people throw in petitions because, bluntly, they can't find their arse with both hands, a map and a flashlight ("I can't find my trainer! Where's this quest NPC? How come I only got 2cp off this corpse?!" and so on). This adds to the load of legitimate petitions they're trying to deal with, like the ones you guys listed.

After a while, that much frivolous crap on ones in-tray probably becomes frustrating - it's possible petitions are being deleted when they shouldn't. It's certain the GMs are way overworked right now.

Sadly, most all of us here are reasonable folk and saying we should watch what we petition for won't help. Maybe I should go post this over at Silky Venom instead.

I've debated reporting some names. American Idol comes to mind. Haven't, tho, wasn't sure it was really important enough with all the real bugs floating around.

I do have an issue since the last patch. A stack of 12 somethings in my bank vault has turned into a crossed circle. I can't move them to my inventory, can't delete them, nothing. Wasted space at this point.

I'm not sure what they were, I've been collecting dusts and shards and things crafting related, most of which I have no clue if I'll ever use

My basic impression of CS in VG is very poor. Spamming about deleting petitions is both annoying and very negative.

Since GMs won't (and can't) deal with bugs, we might as well report those things they can deal with.

In my PERSONAL experience they've been on a sort of name violation witch hunt suspending someone, then taking forever to reply and tell them why they've been suspended...

This is day 6 since my naming violation and they said it'd be three days... Stil haven't gotten an e-mail back saying if this is permanent or another week or whatever.

Perhaps I'm lucky, I've only /petitioned once (in Retail), and got a response in less then an hour. Also had no problems when contacting GM's in Beta ...

But, yeah its resolved. I spoke to a GM last night that was on trying to get folks to clear their petitions. She had it lickety split and was very helpful. I then happily cleared my petition.

Hey guys,

We know it's tough, and the line of petitions is long, we're working on tools to improve the efficiency of answering petitions and create a better flow, but the truth is we need more manpower, we've hired multiple new GM's in the past few weeks and continue to hire more, the department just isn't where we want it to be yet.

Another repercussion of launching too early, and its not acceptable, we know this. But that's the reason.

Having a friendly and active and responsive CS is very important to us, and we're doing all that we can to facilitate that need.
