A thank you to Sigil...
Just to balance out the last couple of moans...
VG is a great game. Ok, it has bugs, name me an MMO that does not. Its very enjoyable despite the problems. The continents are HUGE and amazing looking. The game play is fun and you are doing your best to jump on problems straight away. If it wasn't fun i wouldnt be playing it, and neither would a lot of people. So thanks...keep up the good work. now, what can i moan about next?? ![]()

Aye...I'm enjoying my time on Vanguard too. Sure it's pretty buggy at the moment, but that's to be expected. Thankfully issues are being addressed. Can't really ask for more.

No, it's true, that's why he's shaped the way he is, 30 pints of liquid a day wiht no exit, turned the fresh young svelt mouse that he was into...well a rather large cirlce on legs, or as my granddad would call it, An artichoke with celery sticks
he was never a very literate man, but could find a metaphore in nearly any edible thing, or was just plainly nuts, we never knew for sure |

Re: A thank you to Sigil...
I've never been completely wrong...
I've never been completely right either, so I like to think of myself as the fulcrum point of the great teetertotter of life, or maybe the line in between the ying and the yang, or the creamy filling in oreo cookies...or that moment between dead pan anal retentiveness and pure saracasm, the moment before the cry but after the laugh...the universal spanner in the great zen of life.... ...and by chance, you wouldn't think the hype might be self created to prove to himself he is still relevant in a modern world, rather than being the #8 punch line on a MMO forum? |

Re: A thank you to Sigil...
I haven't had any major problems with Vanguard either - with the exception of a few minor bugs ( a couple of mobs have warped, a few corpses have disappeared into the ground ), the game works like a dream. It runs very well on the medium settings, and I agree about the game-world - it looks beautiful, and is just massive in scope.
I am playing it on a leisure pace ( EVE Online is eating up the second half of my free time ), but I am pretty certain that I am going to stick with it for a long time to come. Thank you, Sigil, for giving me this interesting world to discover. ![]() |

Re: A thank you to Sigil...
Yes its a big thank you from me, any game that gets me and my mates lost and kms away from each other because we saw something shiny that we had to look at is a good game. I'm hooked simple as and thank you. I think the guys from sigil should read all the the good comments and stick all on a walland if they ever get down from the moaning threads to go there and read what thousands of players that are always on are thinking that or take a ferry to Tawar Galen and fall in love with MMO worlds again.
