Preorder item?
I've tried /claim several times the past week to get my scroll of sorts or whatever it was they promised with the preorder. All I get is "Requeting list of viable items" or something along those lines, but nothing happens...
 Anyone know anything about it? Note that isn't the Collectors Edition but the Preorder thing. Cheers.

Well I had to type /claim 1 and /claim 2 to get my rewards (digital download). Not sure how to get your pre-order reward though...

Typing /claim should give you a list of things that you can claim. Usually something along the lines of "Type /claim # to recieve item. 1) Gift From Sigil 2)..." etc etc. You may need to petition about it if it is not giving a list of options to type in.

I don't think that function is working... as I tried that before and all I got was something along the lines of... "Requesting a list of rewards you are entitled to" and nothing else happened. No list or anything.

Yeah /claim should give you a list of items you can claim like Rithrin said. If your not I found this bit of info on vgplayers.
