Random Character Apperance?

I was not sure where else to post this, since there's no real "bugs" area. I'm curious as to whether anyone else has experienced this...

After yesterday's patch, whenever I log in I am a completely different character. Sure, I'm the same class/level with the same items and stuff, but my appearance is completely randomized. At first I was a clean cut young man (Like the generic human guards), then the next time I had pretty wild grey hair, so on and so forth. As amusing as this actually is, its a huge disincentive to play if I cannot even play the character that I created. The reason I say its a "different character" is because I have at the very least a small connection between me and my black-haired Shakespeare. Now I feel like I'm just playing some random nobody, kind of sad really.

I did a /bug and all the regular protocol, but it still happens even today when I log on. I heard someone in general chat tell me that all I can do is wait for it to fix itself, and that throughout the whole beta he had a random appearance every time he logged in. I'm desperately hoping that its something they are looking into.

Yes, this is a known issue and is being worked on as we speak. Try completely closing the game client and reloading. It might be temporary fix while they get things sorted on their end.

I did indeed attempt that, unfortunately now I don't even see my real armor on the character select screen. It shows me as having random different robes and things. Seems like its getting worse.

Oh well, I guess I'll have to put my "If you have tears, prepare to shed them now." macro for PvP out of commission 'till this clears up. At least I know they're working on it!
