Hearsay Broker or Blackmail Informants
I have some hearsay but apparently the guy in Halgarad is un-interested. He used to be named hearsay broker but now he is a blackmail informant and I am not sure if he does the same thing or not. Anyone know?

there have been changes to diplo in the recent patches.. those things as well as how to play seem to have been affected

Expect more changes in every facet of this game often for some time. What you knew yesterday may not apply today. Make sure you read the patch notes every time they are posted! Explore places you have been already and see what is new. You are witnessing the infancy of a great game. Enjoy it as it grows and changes around you.
