The game refuses to recognise my subscription...

I hope this is the correct place to ask for advice. Just bought Vanguard rather than the WoW addon and have created a station account etc. When i look in my station acct details it says i have a subscription to Vanguard (but despite saying click on it to see the details it remains seadfastly 'unclickable') but when i fire up Vanguard and try to ologin it says i do not have a subscription. If i try to go through the subscribe process again it recognises my key was used already in creating the initial station subcription but then says i have no subscription...catch 22......HELP!

I could be wrong here, but didn't the pre-order deadline finish yesterday when the early access was launched? I don't see any links now, so that could explain it. The game isn't actually released properly until the 30th.

I had a problem like this yesterday. I was told that it is a known problem and that they are working on it. I asked several times over 6 hours and got the same answer, before I made another account and used a different key. It doesnt seem to me that Sony has learned anything since messing up SWG.

No worries. I've been out all day, due to baby's first birthday. Also know that this important info can also be found at www.vanguardsoh.com as well.
