Yeah did this myself a bit ago.
 The difference between the latest beta and the "live" client is suppose to ~5MB. So I guess we can all patch now and wait.

I got halfway thru character creation before it took me back to the pedestal and started throwing random races on it

I just got a few more items downloaded through the patcher and also a message is displayed at the bottom of the character select screen saying:
All worlds are currently down. Waiting on them to come up ... We are getting close! Whos going to check all night to see if they open it up early?

I can log into the point where it tells me, no joke, that i don't have a VG sub on my station account. I clearly do, as you all do under my subs there. Everyone else getting this or should i start at SOE support?

Gamestop box. Was in the beta as well, and had the same issues as a lot of folks of following an elrar link to the key consume page, getting my key consumed, then realizing i wasn't logged in to the station acct.
The good news is, from reading here and on VN, that i am not the only one getting this when trying to log in right now. We will see how it goes, and ill have SOE support on standby if need be. At least i can log in and it shows i have a VG sub. W |
