Unless they've changed their stance recently, the last I heard is that there will never be in game voice chat. Use of third party software such as ventrilo or teamspeak is definitely encouraged though.

I think I would prefer third party actually. That way you can still discuss when servers crash.

Too bad.. Not everyone will get vent and then you have to have a host server. TEamspeak always sucked for me tho.

I went ahead and bought the digital version and I am downloading it now. Can give the other one to the boyfreind hehe. My question seemed to be answered on the other forum and that is since I have the beta client already downloaded i really do not have to download the digital one. When it goes live it will patch anyway right? Or should I download it anways. Gonna take 2 days lol

No no! You don't have to redownload the client. Your beta client will be patched to live status and you can play from that. No need to redownload the entire thing!

It's ok. If you've gotten the digital download, your account will be flagged as being ready to go for live. It should prompt you what type of subscription you want. Regular $14.99 with discounts for longer term subscriptions, Station Access - $24.99

There will be a period of time after release (to allow for shipping) for your boyfriend to enter the retail key once you/he gets the order from your preorder.

Saw a quote by Elrar a few ago (I see you posting in this thread hehe), that the update from the most recent beta client to "Live" is gonna be ~5MB.
