An ask devs thread

Would an ask devs thread work here on spheres, we seem to get regular visits from them, might be easier on them if there was a thread with question for them. Also ten ton hammer have a ask devs button, while they are good, we are much sexier even with our gnomes.

i think it's a brilliant idea.. within limits.. it's the repetition that might cause problems... idealy such a thread has to be monitored to prevent repeat posts of the same theme cloging up the works.

all the devs i have known in other games have appreciated such kinds of threads.. as long as they didn't have to wade through a lot of nonesense to get to the important parts.

I think if the mod's, who are very active and lovely (playing Kethra's Brown nose card here ) delete post when answer and keep the devs reply to one post with all questions and there answer, it could work.

delete posts when answered? i am not sure what you mean...

but one could say... for every 10 or so(just a random number here), questions are answered... a mod makes a sticky amalgamation post so people can see what has been answered...

sadly there's never been a cure for those who ask first and read later types *grins*
