How do you meet up with friends?

If I'm a halfling but my buddy is starting on Kojan...how do I meet up with him at a fairly early level? (~level 10-15). Is it possible? I have no clue how to travel between continents...boat?

It's not too tough at that level - once you get your horse (you'll likely get your first horse between 10-12) it's fairly easy to outrun most aggro. And yeah, there are boats running between continents.

just make sure you dong get knocked off

and ya, /tell is a good way to keep up with foo's before your horse ^^
