Release date backed up again

Well this is my first post. Yesterday was my birthday so i pre ordered Vanguard. found out release atm is Jan. 2, 2007. So i guess everything i hav read about Nov and Dec release dates were false........Hope Vanguard comes out soon, cause im getting bored with everything that is out right now..

as far as i have heard there is still no offical release date and any date you may have heard is made up. They prolly just came up with that date so they could take pre-orders ( something with most stores and not letting ppl pre-order without a release date)

ya, GameStop and EB Games keep making up release dates. Go with what Brad says and you'll get a better view. Although it has been pushed back some. Brad stated earlier this year and end of last that VG would be out this year (2006). Recently it was pushed back to Winter '06, and now the FAQ states Winter '06/'07. He also recently stated that a Feb-March Release Date wouldn't be too far gone either. the whole SOE/MS swap kinda jammed things up, but i'm all the happier with Sigil for it. Means we've all picked the guys with nuts enough to stand up for what they believe in and are sticking to their guns (as long we, the customer base, support their vision in the majority).

Ozuri on the official boards mentioned that they gave out the January 1st 2007 date so that places like Gamestop and EB Games would stop making up dates. The official release window is still "Winter," and Brad/Aradune has mentioned that a likely release will be between January and March.

I am going with the Jan to Mar timeframe.

but..... gamestop is where im going to pick up the game, so what they say is actually the official date. I know, I know, brad and co say otherwise, but even if gamestop changes their date every other day - thats fine - because we have to live with it because they give out the games.

I have been saying it for months now but everyone was insisting that "this winter" really meant "fall 2006". Now we have official confirmation of it being January-March(aka this winter). They might try releasing it on March 16th like they did with "EverQuest" 8 years earlier. It would be good date since it is such a landmark date and all.

EQ Spiritual Successor being released on EQ's release date by SOE. I'm sure they will have a few things in store since EQ was their start into the MMO world plus they will be adding a new game to their list! Here's hoping free 6months to first 20K subscribers!

Just getting realy bored , ready for something new. Kinda scared about soe being involved in the first place but i think im going to atleast give Vanguaard a try ... ty for yalls replies

Only game worth playing right now is WWII Online (In my opinion), was the first game I played and still holds my subscription today.

I will pre-order VSOH as soon as it has some sort of realistic release date. I hope VSOH can drag us all out of this commercialized MMO world.
