Re: Spheres
I guess it's time I answered this as I'v mentioned befor I'm really interested in Diplomacy.
As a future bard I believe Verant had he right Idea early on with bards making them "Jacks of all trades" I'v always felt that way about most games with bards all the way back to DnD pnp. So as a JoAT I will be active in all spheres but will probally jump into TS'in and Diplomacy first. Any adventuring I do outside my guild will more than likely be from quests. I don't injoy grinding xp but I do enjoy the final results of Tradskilling so the grind (and in EQ1 it was definately a grind) of tradeskills was ok. In fact My original toon in eq was active from mid 2001 (i finally got DSL in my area) to the middle of this year. (minus a short hiatus for a trip to Iraq curtasy of the government and a stint on a diferent server in an all bard guild.) Never made level cap as I am a casual player and mainly did alot of running around, Tradskills, BS'ing quests, BS'ing, camping bard related items (illusions and clickies) BS'ing. you get the point. Anyways I'll try to keep all spheres close together in levels. If the City workorder system functiones correctly It shouldn't be to dificult to do this. Go do some quests, level up maybe 1 or 3 levels in the adventure sphere, Switch over to Diplomacy and do a few quests to again level 1-3 times then go do city work orders for a bit, Actually I'll probbaly do workorders for supplies untill I'm ready to to try to make some armor then I'll go try to gather the ingridients. Or if I have to Go do some diplomatic missions....... If you didnt get it I was going for the "this guy has no idea how hes gonna start out". And you'd be right. There are so many possible ways to start out. (At least thats the idea I got in my head from reading all the crap out there along with some actuall game info. ) I'll probally just play it by ear. Rao

Re: Spheres
Definently all three. When I get bored I can always do something else. I like how you can progress in crafting without adventuring. I never really got into crafting in other MMORPGs because I had to go fight specific monsters for materials, or spend money on materials just so I could craft something I didn't want to get my skill level up. In fact I will probably do alot of crafting, after reading some FAQs and dev quotes about it, it sounds really in depth and fun.

Re: Spheres
I expect to be doing a lot of Adventuring first. Crafting is something I enjoy also. But Diplomacy is too nebulous right now to say for certain if I will like it. I may have to create a Diplomat to try it out.
