Dependencies among the spheres.

Have cave ins where you need harvesters to come in and clear out the rock. On that topic what ever happened to traps and secret doors? Would be nice to need to have a lockpick around and someone who can build a ladder.

Maybe for diplomats - beyond distracting guards - they become lore specialists. So you walk into a dead end room and you just know there must be secret doors but the rogues can't find them. A diplomat in the room has a niggling sensation that something about this room is familiar. Looking around they notice symbols in strategic places on the walls. Experimenting they twist and push at them. And suddenly a part of the wall opens up.
I think we can all imagine where harvesters will need adventurers for protection and crafters for customers. There's been mention that there will be special forges in dungeons that crafters will want adventurers along for protection. I'm sure that diplomats are going to need crafted items for diplomatic mission - let's say to open negotiations with a group of ogres who are fascinated by hats - I can imagine that bribes will take all forms.

I really like the idea of the within sphere dependencies also - that you will want a group with at least a representative of the 4 main classes. That crafters will have projects that require a group to build. That harvesters will be at their optimal when grouped with other harvesters. That different specialties in Diplomacy (no idea what those are yet) will all have to be involved to influence a King.

I'm really hoping that Vanguard does these types of dependencies in a meaningful content driven way and that Sigil sticks to their guns and doesn't abandon the idea. I really believe that these types of dependencies create community. Can they be irritating if not done right - sure. But all in all anything that rewards us for building a better community is good.
