After they pushed out the new system (NGE), I just quit right there and then. It's only 'til recently that I returned to check out how the game's going and what the community was up to. But, my subscription also expired just yesterday and have no interest in renewing it whatsoever.
I did attend the little fan summit that they hosted (and got a t-shirt, whoo-hoo!) and by their plans, they should be improving SWG by the end of the year (lol), as long as they stay on schedule... which we know they have trouble doing. As far as immersion goes, it was good. They were doing a great job 'til they decided to scrap their plans for '05 and go with a new system. In anycase, I'm pretty sure Vanguard should heal these wounds and then some!  |
