What sex do you play?

I always play a male, generally think the toons look graphically better as males. I even create my GF characters on all my accounts and make them male to. Also the little time I do fool around with RPing, it makes it a heck of alot easier if I am the same sex as the Toon I am trying to portray.

I am a dude. I play a dude. I am not a crossdresser. Well I do wear a dress, but my class allows for dudes to wear dresses.

I have always played a male. It makes role playing easier since I am male.

I can roleplay either gender well, it just depends on which character of mine I'm playing. Since I like a variety of class types, I usually make the character that fits the class I'm going to play, rather than constantly reinventing myself.

I've done both and even my friends didn't have a clue, but...just not comfy with it, for the most part.

Think I'll stick with what I know best, if that's possible, and stay female.

Greetings all, new to this site/forum. I found this topic interesting. I am a female in RL and I have tried many times to roll up and play a male toon and I just can't do it. I always give myself away with my maternal-ness or a "hon" here and there that gets the homophobic set to strafing away in a hurry

But like some others, I just like staying female as I like also pretending I am my character. I mean, it is an escape afterall isn't it?

Looking forward to this game, keeping everything crossed that my rig can handle it. I saw a pre-order for it today on EB Games site, says it ships/releases 7-11? Didn't see the news here though.

Welcome Rhaevyn. Thanks for joining us. The release dates given by resellers like Gamestop and EB Games are rarely right even after the first two or three revisions. Frequently they just have to assign an arbitrary date to a game so they can get the game in their SKU system and start doing pre-orders for it.

Right now all you can count on is Winter. We're not even entirely sure if its still going to be in 2006 since the SOE deal went through. It may slip to early 2007.

How silly of me not to figure that out myself. Guess I was just excited. I only found out about this game about a month ago and have tried not to get hooked into the forum pacing and waiting, but it's getting harder and harder to resist. It's like "the thirst" hehe.

Oh well, I guess I'll just hang out with you guys until the day arrives
