old but interesting (like me :))
was hunting internet for Vanguard Previews and came accross this old preview. It had some really interesting snippets about the shadow system but not sure if still relevant!

Unfortunately ogaming is one of the old fansites that got picked up by a certain well-known secondary market company. Xvanguard has been closed down. The rest of those are all pretty decent.

Yah its a shame. Ogaming was a pretty quality site before that whole fiasco.
