If you were sitting with Brad...
...and the other Team members, over coffee/tea/Pepsi or Diet Dr. Pepper Vanilla/Cherry (
), and you were having a casual conversation about the development of VSoH. And, given that every conceivable topic has been discussed in the forums on the Vanguard site, what would there be left to ask or talk about? You might say, "Riight, Aredhel! That's really going to happen!" and, ok, it's a long shot. But, still...say you had the chance. What has been left out, or missed, or...something? And yes, I'm a flip case, and we all know it (if you don't, you will!), because after 2 years of forums, what can be left, besides the obvious WHEN????? You tell me! I love a good puzzle! |

Re: If you were sitting with Brad...
I think we wouldn't have much of an issue, honestly
![]() I spent a total of 10ish hours chatting with devs and listening to conversations at PAX, and nothing was exhausted. There's always more to pick at and discuss ![]() Last edited by Cobalt Katze : 10-14-2005 at 01:53 AM. |

Re: If you were sitting with Brad...
ok...so...the subject of this thread was a bit of a bait, and nobody took it!
Sooo...you've read Pirotess' explaination. We're putting together questions to take out to Sigil with us next week!!! We have a bunch, ourselves, but we want them ALL!!!!! Let's hear it! |

Re: If you were sitting with Brad...
I would ask what there vision is for the next 5 years for Sigil, do they plan on having many different titles? Or just two? Do they hope to have many expansions? Or small expansion packs?
I want to ask many things I feel would be protected under the NDA right now, like how the golden mob system is working out, and how they are flushing out diplomacy. If I could get answers to those questions I would be a happy camper ![]() |

Re: If you were sitting with Brad...
You know, I actually finally thought of a serious answer to this. Instead of just randomly hitting him with questions in hopes that he'd answer I'd probably ask him what his current fancies are with the game. I mean, stuff has to happen every week right? What's the latest discussion about behind the scenes? Anything revealable?

Re: If you were sitting with Brad...
Do you mind if i smoke?
In all seriousness, list of questions I am dying to know answers to: 1. I have heard that the Vanguard ui will be done with lua and xml, do you plan on supporting player made mods. If so, do you plan on releasing mod development tools to the community? 2. Inquiring minds want to know, could you please elaborate on the Blood Mage class? 3. How active will Sigil be in protecting the ingame economy from farmers/goldsellers? 4. Any word yet on pvp rulesets? 5. What class/race combo do you plan on playing? and/or Which class is your favorite? 6. What one aspect of the game do you think will set Vanguard distinctly apart from the competetion? 7. Soup or salad? 8. Who would win in a fight, Marvin the Martian or the Tazmanian Devil, and why? /Johari |

Re: If you were sitting with Brad...
I really am hoping they have a way to keep activity up in the early zones as people level and out grow them. Would be nice if the zones had something for all levels once you leave the newbie grounds.... What are there plans to keep each 'area' dynamic so the player community does not outgrow various places. One bad thing in other MMOs is the "ghost town" result of expansions that do not update the places that become 'home'
