Error message - Insufficient space..require X.. have 0MB?

I only get this message when trying to connect to Test. I can connect to the Live servers fine.

Anyone ever get this message?

I have plenty of space. At one pt it required 768MB and I had 740MB available (or close to these numbers), but most the time it would say I had 0MB available.

I THINK it has something to do with the D:\Sony\Station\Launcher folder. Vanguard is under D:\Sony\Vanguard.
I have four comps. One of them gives this message, the other three were fine. I copied the whole setup over to one of the other comps, and started receiving the same error message.

But all three comps had the same folder setup. The icons to start VG in Test has the exact same properties as the other three comps, but they connect fine. I am at a loss here.

Can anyone describe there folder setup? Can anyone provide the properties setup for their Test Icon? Even though it works fine on my other comps, maybe trying a different setup would make this work.

I'm not getting an error message, but the download is cancelling itself and I can't finish to get on!
