Brand New Australian Player needs advice
Hello All,
I just got Vanguard for Christmas and am looking to get started. I've read lots of info on this board, which I've found helpful for understanding classes and what's what. Before I create my character I wanted to know about the Australian player base for Vanguard. I would ultimately be interested in raiding but would like to join a guild of some sort before I was able to raid. I've looked at Aurora Australis but they dont recruit you until you are 40+ and I'm not sure how long it would take to level up to that and it would be nice to have some other Australian people to chat to on my journey through Vanguard. Can anyone suggest other Australian guilds that would welcome a new player and that is either now raiding or intending to raid the higher end content. Thanks for your time and any help you can give me. Z |

Re: Brand New Australian Player needs advice
I, personally, don't know of any Aussie guilds. My guild in EQ use to have a few, but not sure what happened to everyone.
Best of luck to you, tho!! I miss my friends from Down Under!

Re: Brand New Australian Player needs advice
Regarding Australian guilds, I don't think you have much choice but to level up to 40 and join Aurora.
In case you are not aware of it, vanguard has a languishing subscription population (extremely low), so not many options to choose from. I'm not bagging vanguard, but it is a fact. |
