Catchup Questions for those returning...
I finally started reading the patch notes from the last week of Feb on, I believe I last played just days before or after GameUpdate #1
"- Players can now learn new abilities by observing their enemies." I recall reading about this when it was being patched/beta'ed but not what ppl said. Any examples of what one could learn? (I recall a warrior friend CTDing each time it said he learned X forgot what X was ;P) I'll be adding more 'patch-notes'/changes questions in this thread to keep them in one place, please feel free to add your own.

Re: Catchup Questions for those returning...
I only know of Rangers and Dreadknight learnt abilities.
Rangers can learn skills by attacking certain mobs. For Example Wind Talisman, Level 38, 20% Attack speed, learnt in Dargun's Tomb from Burning Eyes Patrollers, Burning Eyes Scouts and all other burning eyes. They also get dropped spells at the high end, dropped in 45+ dungeons, basicaly better group versions of their buffs. Dreadknights get Cull I at level 30, killing Infineum Gaurdians in CIS, its 400 - 500 lifetap every 10 seconds, very very handy for a DK. The crashing after learning has been fixed. The way these work is you have to engage the mob, some of them have to hit you, some you have melee them. You can find more by going to class websites. Psioncist(sp?) are slightly different they learn new spells, beside the ones they get from trainers, from Gesalts they are pink stones dotted around the game, I know one Psion you gets all jumpy when he sees one, pulls alot of aggro in :P

Re: Catchup Questions for those returning...
Ya, took me 3 deaths to get the one in Skrillen hehe at 23 - damn that aggro
in the end, when another finally joined me it was easy.I've found the Thought Thief, Astral, Phrenetic forms and the Telekinesis spell so far at 24. Know any good Psi, War, Shaman, Cleric sites? Most of my links are dead atm. Also, would prob benefit from up to date zone/dungeon info and perhaps key quests so I don't outlevel them (like I did the beginning of HL after returning) - I only heard about HL by accident and I thank /ooc for that heheh. (Still have some lvl1 / 8 gear on like belt/gloves and shoes? not sure if that is all lol - long story...)

Re: Catchup Questions for those returning...
Dont know any webbies for those classes, only www.vanguarddreadknight.com which is a dreadknight site but might be usefull to a warrior, you are both pretty much the same setup in armour and weapons.
www.silkyvenom.com is great their wiki is very good and the forums are lively if abit charred from the flames. They have a list of Gestalts For items, and quest drops etc vg.curse.com is a great tool to search thru. Don't worry about your items as long as you can kill and don't die too easy, I still had a lvl 2 earing at level 31! Also /ooc is probably the best way if your stuck, I find the majority of players are nice and helpfull.
