Password problem...
Hello all,
Has anyone who cancelled their sub had problems to retreive it from Sony station?  I have tried several times and each time it says that the password has been sent but until now nothing in my mail box

Is it using the mail account you're expecting it to use? A common cause of problems is registering with address1 but expecting a later password retrieval to arrive on address2...

I've been trying to use the same username I have on VGplayer and my subs but while using my password I got message invalid so I try to retrieve the password using the same email address I have been using and nothing

You'll probably have to contact SoEaccounts....I think the email addy is listed on their site. I'm pretty sure it's SoEaccounts@soe.sony.com, but I'm not 100% sure. You could always call them, too...just understand they still don't use 800 numbers and you might be on the line a while waiting!
