Nilras the Virulent
Quest: Pestilence Annoyance
Location: River Valley Appears to be a camp & kill until Nilras the Virulent spawns. He's a mosquito. I'm sure I'm in the right place as the quest description talks about mantises that aren't aggro keeping the mosquito's down. Anyways, Nilras really spawns? Any info on where exactly to get him to appear or if this takes forever? Killing Miasmic Threshers and Putrid Suckers adnauseum.
