Buddy Key Request

I would really like to try this game, it looks great. I was just wondering if anyone has an extra buddy key if they could send it to me. All i have to offer in return is a CoH or L2 14 day trail key.

We've had this discussion a few times before when people have requested keys. However, since you had missed that, let me paraphrase for you:

Buddy keys are great, when you give them to your buddies and know that it's going for the right reasons. They aren't so great when unknown folks are requesting them and they get handed out randomly. That's one way gold sellers get so many accounts, for instance.

We have actually asked the people here to be extremely cautious, even to the point of not offering keys to people they don't know. It's nice, tho, that you are offering other keys in return. That's a new twist! But this is just to give you a brief update from our viewpoint.

I like the game and SoE has done well in fixing it. Much more to do, but they're addressing all aspects and I don't have near the problems you read about. Most are done by grief posters that like to create issues rather than help fix problems.

You won't need a buddy key when the Trial Island comes out. Exact date unknown, but keep your eye on the Vanguard official website for news on it.

Vanguard is a huge download/patch process. You will need about 17GB free on your hard drive just for the game, more for your operating system if it's on the same drive. If you want, you can sort of get a leg up on the patching by downloading the cab files linked in this knowledge base article:
