Hmm.... I moved to 7th from morell-thule in spring of 2004 so I should have seen you around, guess I just don't remember. = (

FS tends to group with it's own, yes, but more out of ease... guild chat > LFG tool. I'll happily group with NW and Dili people though, random pick up groups are usually asking for trouble though.

I think i only grp'd with you once maybe twice while i was there. And i agree grouping within the guild is alot easier. people tend to know eachothers play styles, and can set a really decent pace that way.

Of course now, on AB everyone and their mother has a 2.0 pretty much. theres something like 6 or 7 guilds in CoA. 3 of us are farming OMM and Vish everytime they pop the other 3-4 are farming up to Vangl and 1 or 2 of them might have vish on farm status. So pick up groups aren't too bad, even with my 12k7 buffed Pally with his measly 2263 buffed ac I can tank Riftseekers with next to no downtime if the cleric knows what they are doin.
