Thinking question
We get 2 spell lines that cause damage to the mob when they cast spells, Mindfire and Psychic Schism, we also get a spell Nullifying Field which stops the mob casting a spell in progress.
When you think about it, these 2 things cancel each other out. First, you'd want the mob to cast the spells for the first 2 spells to do damage to the mob, but you'd also like to do the nullifying field to stop the mob from casting. My question is, do these spells cancel each other out. Let's say you've got both spell casting damage spells on the mob and the next time he casts, your nullifying field pops up and you hit it and it isn't resisted. Now the question is does the mob take damage from the first 2 spells then the spell gets cancelled with your nullifying field? or does the Nullifying field cancel out the other 2 because you stopped the spell from being cast? hehe, something to ponder. ![]() |

Re: Thinking question
I believe its the latter, but its possible that the Nullifying Field causes a sort of "fizzle" where they begin to cast, but it gets canceled. But that's not very probable.
