Rant: DDO Lag

A server in DDO,
A time in oh so slow.

A world of pain,
A moment of life tainted.

What do one see,
Except hours of worrisome speeds.

Looking at Vanguard posts,
Lets give them a toast.

For i'm sure it will give,
Days and days of bliss.

I had actually looked forward to it.. so much, i was looking at everything, but then a week after it comes out, i instantly back off. I hear its too easy, too repetitive, too many farmers, too much bullcrap.

Just completely ruined it, I think theyre trying to take a boardgame-based name.. and make it bigger than it would ever be allowed to be. (i never played the board-game if thats the impression u get... never into that kinda thing)

I waited for DDO for the better part of two freakin' years! I would have killed for that game. I started playing D&D in the tenth grade and it's one of the favorite things to do in life (one of, there is more than one). I even won a $120 dollar mouse from a contest turbine held. However, open beta came and it took me about 3 hours to realize the game was a piece of junk. I've held my expectations high before, but have never been let down THAT badly. The took a stick, beat me with it a few times, raped me and left me outside in the cold, hanging on for dear life. That's what it felt like. Bastards.
