I often get stuck at the launch pad 'patcher initializing' phase and get an update error message box. The launcher does not get to the point where it can check the downloads. Is this a normal problem? Is there some way around this?

My wife and I also run into this issue often .Sometimes restarting our computers clears the issue .This happens both on the live servers and going to test .This has got to be the number 1 item on our frustration list and in the end may be what runs us away from Vanguard ,nothing is worse than wanting to play and actually have a little time to play and then being unable to get in.
